New song! Enjoy =)
Hope everyone ate lots of food and took many naps.
Happy Thanksgiving from your friends at Pegasus Jetpack Inc.
Hello everybody,
We are very happy to announce as part of our string of updates on our soon to be released record, that Catie Brandt will be joining us as a performing member of Pegasus Jetpack. Catie is a good friend of ours who you might have seen with us or our friends BSJQ in the past. Catie is a phenomenal vocalist and brings a lot to the table. She will be accompanying us on vocals (amongst other things) for our upcoming shows, including the release party.
Here is a video of her performing acoustically with Jon at The College of New Jersey.
Keep checking in for more info on our CD! We have a lot more coming!

CD Release December 30th!
It’s official! Our first full record, “Life With A View” will be out December 30th at our very own CD Release Party. Los Huevos and the crew from Smallboypants will be joining us at the Sparta VFW Hall; the show starts at 7pm and there will be an after-party up the road. We like to call it our New Year’s Eve’s Eve Party.
The album has 10 all new songs that we have not released in any form. We worked so hard on it and ended up with something really different and something that we are truly proud of. December 30th cannot come soon enough!
We will be posting info on the album and how it was made from now until the show date so be sure to check back often to see pictures, videos, and maybe a sneak peak song.
Thanks guys for always supporting us. Stay tuned!

Hey guys,
So the time is coming closer and everything is coming together. Our new record is completed and we are finalizing the cover. Thank you guys for being patient! The wait will be worth it!
The show date and location are also being finalized and we will have an extremely informative update very soon.

Hey everybody,
Thanks to all for checking up on us as we made our way through the rigorous process of recording. We can say that we have successfully finished the recording of all the tracks and now have sent them out to be mixed and mastered. Unfortunately for us, Jon had a mental breakdown soon after we finished recording and decided to take a month long journey to Antarctica to live as the penguins live. I assume he will learn to eat fish and walk across the continent while nesting an egg or something to those lines. Pat and I just hope he is back in time to release the CD. In his absence I have been given the responsibility of the updates while Pat has taken over the fan mail aspect (a full time job). We have set a date for our CD release, it will be December 26 at the Grist Mill in Andover. Now don’t worry about it now, I can assure you that we will bombard all of you with that date as the time draws nearer (is nearer a word? spell check says it’s ok…). Anywho keep checking up for more info, we love all the comments and truly appreciate the support you all give. We’d be nothing without you guys! <3
Love,
Ricky Pie
Hey everyone!
We are happy to report that we are putting the finishing touches on the album. We should be done within a few weeks and then be sending it out for mixing and pressing. There will be a release party in December!!
In addition to that news, we have setup a handful of shows this month to test out and debut the new record’s material. Feel free to come hang out and get a sneak peak of all the new songs. It has been a while since we have played a full show so we are very excited. We will be playing the following dates:
Thurs. August 20th – Tasty CoCo Cafe: Caldwell, NJ 7pm (Acoustic)
Sun. August 23rd – Cafe Under The Stars @ TCNJ: Trenton, NJ 8pm
Wed. August 26th – Music In The Park: Branchville, NJ 7pm
Fri. September 4th – Evolve Music and Yoga Festival: Vernon, NJ 7pm
More info on these shows is in the “Shows” section of the site.
And lastly, we have a live acoustic version of one our songs that didn’t quite make the record. It was recorded at the outdoor auditorium at Clemson University in South Carolina. It features Brian St. John on banjo and friend Kirby Quam on the cajon.
You can download it right here for free!
“First Love Story” (Live at Clemson University, SC)
Enjoy! And keep checking back for more updates.

Good evening everyone,
So as the title states, we are finally done with our first recording session for the album and starting next week we will finish writing the remaining songs. Also, we will not be playing with BSJQ at the acoustic show this Friday in Caldwell. We apologize but we plan on doing some sort of acoustic performance this month so we will be sure to keep you posted.
Anyway, random thought, I just finished watching the John Travolta movie, Michael. I had not seen it since I was a kid, and it’s nice to see that it is still good after all these years. I recommend it.
Hope everyone has a nice holiday weekend!
- Jon =)
So we are just past the halfway mark of June and have made good progress in our recording sessions. We have successfully laid down the basic tracks for a handful of our new songs and will be finishing up the first half of the album next week. I have also begun mixing the recordings from the Southern Tour and will have those up soon for download.
Also we are happy to say that we have an acoustic show coming up on July 3rd in Caldwell NJ at the Tasty CoCo Cafe. Thank you to Brian of BSJQ for splitting the bill with us. We will be testing out a lot the new material that night so please feel free to come check it out. They really do have so tasty cocoa! I’ve had two mugs of it.
Goodnight
- Jon =)
P.S. I just watched Let It Ride starring Richard Dreyfuss… hilarious
Hey,
So here are our favorite photos from our recent trip down South. We met some good people, saw some strange things, and made it back in one piece… mostly. Enjoy!
Talk to you soon,
PJ =)
